2. SHIPPING CHARGES (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

  • Domestic Delivery Only (Within India):

    • Prepaid Orders: Shipping is FREE for order above Rs 300 across India for all prepaid transactions.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to all COD orders.

3. DISPATCH & TIMELINES

  • Standard Dispatch: Orders usually take 3 to 5 business days to process and dispatch from our facility.

  • Blackout Days: Please note that no shipments are processed or dispatched from our store or warehouse on Sundays and public holidays.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can easily check the real-time status of your delivery at any time by navigating to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” section within our app or website dashboard.

5. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE & SECURITY WARNING

The recipient accepting the package must thoroughly inspect its condition upon arrival. Do not accept the delivery if the outer box or packaging shows clear signs of being tampered with, opened, damaged, or if the box feels empty. If a compromised package is presented, please refuse it and immediately contact our support desk.
